A cultura da desarmonia

Nas minhas pesquisas descobri mais um parágrafo que diz muito.

Faz parte de um artigo escrito por Hwang Jang-yop, um dissidente norte-coreano que, até ao momento, foi “só” a mais alta figura política a fugir da Coreia do Norte. Ajudou a desenhar a filosofia Juche (que fala de auto-suficiência) e desertou do país em 1997. Hwang era o secretário para os assuntos internacionais do Partido Coreano dos Trabalhadores e esteve, muitas vezes, perto de Kim Jong-il (que é o secretário-geral do partido)

Neste artigo pós-fuga, Hwang faz o retrato de um líder que não gosta de viver em harmonia:

Kim Jong Il is by nature a person who does not like living in harmony with others. He makes people fight against each other and depend only on him. Thus when he talks about strengthening the organization, he means making strict rules to guarantee unconditional obedience to him and holding more meetings for officials to criticize each other. During mutual denunciation sessions, the yardstick used is the degree of one’s loyalty to Kim Jong Il. So the more party members criticize each other and fight among themselves, the greater Kim Jong Il’s authority becomes.

O medo, sempre

Na Coreia do Norte, não há semana sem editoriais de medo.

O jornal Rodong Sinmun diz que a aliança, na nova era, entre Japão e os Estados Unidos  é um sinal perigoso que aponta para uma nova guerra coreana.

By the recent “U.S.-Japan alliance in the new era” the U.S. imperialists mean the U.S.-Japan military alliance for provoking the Korean war in the 21st century and by a “timely counter-action” they mean a war of aggression against the DPRK which they may start any time. “A consultation about the military scenario” touted by them is nothing but a U.S.-Japan joint military operational plan for igniting another Korean war. It is the ulterior aim of the U.S. to use Japan as a shock force in the war, retaining its grip on Japan as the most important stronghold for carrying out its strategy for a preemptive attack on the DPRK, readjust and tighten the U.S.-Japan military alliance and the U.S.-south Korea military alliance to keep pace with the projected conclusion of a new military agreement between south Korea and Japan and make them serve the purpose of the above-said Korean war.
